Personal fitness, humanly guided.

No member should
start over.

Welofit brings their goal, their plan, and the work already done into the next workout—ready for the trainer.

Built for independent gyms.

Between one visit and the next

Good coaching needs more than memory.

01Arrive

Start with why they came.

One scan checks them in. What they shared is ready for the trainer.

01Member

A plan that fits today.

Shaped around their goal, routine, and the gym they actually use.

02Trainer

Prepared. Still in charge.

Welofit brings the starting point. The trainer brings the judgment.

03Gym owner

A reason to reach out.

Attendance and membership changes can show when a human check-in may help.

Built from what’s already here

Welofit starts with the gym you already run.

It works with the equipment you record, the trainers members trust, and the information members choose to share.

What else should you know?

01

Use what’s on the floor.

Guidance draws from equipment recorded at the branch and exercises the member already knows.

02

The trainer leads.

Welofit prepares a starting point. Trainers review it, request changes, and decide.

03

When a plan should wait.

Health or safety flags hold the plan for trainer review.

04

Personal stays private.

Owners can see attendance and membership changes—not private health answers, plans, or workout logs.

Before you bring Welofit in

What gym owners ask first.

What actually changes in my gym?

Members check in and use Welofit on their phones. What they share, their plans, and completed sessions stay together, so trainers can continue instead of starting over.

Does Welofit replace my trainers?

No. Welofit prepares and explains. Trainers still observe, correct, encourage, and decide. Safety rules and human review set the limits.

What does a member see?

A simple Today view with their workout, familiar-food guidance, quick logging, and the progress they have recorded.

How is food guidance handled?

It uses familiar foods, everyday portions, and preferences the member shares. It supports everyday choices; it doesn’t diagnose or replace a dietitian or doctor.

Who sees member information?

Trainers see what helps them support the member. Owners see attendance and membership changes—not private health answers, plans, or workout logs. Welofit is designed to keep information that directly identifies a member out of AI requests.

What are we testing in a pilot?

One location. A small group. Clear questions. Then an honest review of what helped, what got in the way, and whether to continue. A pilot is not a promise of retention, revenue, medical, or body-change results.

Start close.

One gym is enough to learn.

Start with one location and a few trainers. We’ll learn what helps, what gets in the way, and whether it’s worth continuing.

01

One location. Small enough to stay close to the work.

02

A few trainers. The people using it help shape it.

03

An honest decision. Together, we decide what is worth keeping.
